The Millcreek Arts Council and the Salt Lake County Millcreek Library are excited for October’s artist, Emma Houtz.  Emma will be presenting, “Strange, but not a stranger”.  Emma takes inspiration from her favorite things: obscure VHS tapes, fighting imaginary dragons, and experimenting with hair colors. The Salt Lake based graphic designer’s latest photography collection Phantasmic chronicles a midnight encounter of two ghostly soulmates, right before they drifted apart.

Emma is a SLCC graduate and librarian at the Holladay Library.  You can view Emma’s work at the Millcreek Library, 2266 Evergreen Ave,.through the month of October.
